  • PILE FABRICS: First-quality merchandise is merchandise in which the occurrence of flaws or defect is not more than an average of one flaw in every 7 linear yards, for a total of no more than 7 flaws in any 50 yard piece. Second quality merchandise doesn't adhere to these guidelines.

2. What if I don't know how much yardage to buy?

For your convenience, Fabric Factory has numerous yardage charts in-store as well as a knowledgeable team that can assist you with an estimate. While our estimates are usually correct, upholsterers or seamstresses differ in their exact needs. You will need to confirm the final yardage requirements with your vendor.

3. What if I need a larger sample?

Fabric Factory offers samples on all bolts, but if you need a larger sample we offer a minimum cut of ¼ yard.

4. How long will it take to have my custom furniture made?

Custom Furniture pieces take anywhere from 6 to 12 weeks.
